• 5769 – 2009 = 3760
• So zero AD/BC corresponds to 3760 Jewish Calendar.
• Or 3760 BCE corresponds to zero in the Jewish Calendar.
• As per the Bhavishya Purana, Adama and Havyavati were the son and Daughter-In-Law of Vishnu Kardama. The traditional date for the start of Kaliyuga is 3102 BCE.
• The year (3760 – 3102 =) 558 before kaliyuga start date, is traditionally in the Sandhi of Dwapara and Kaliyugas.
• Since Adam and Eve were banished from Kardama’s Asrama in the 6th century before the start of Kaliyuga.. their descendants would have no memory of the Bharata war.

“The traditional date for Christ’s birth is 25 December 0 BC/AD, first assigned by a Roman monk called Dionysius Exiguous [Dennis the Little in English] in 525 AD. Unfortunately, when Dennis compiled a new calendar he miscalculated the reigns of Roman emperors, thereby placing the event in the wrong year. About 5 years or so too late in fact!” (Source)

The 13th month looks like our adhika masa…

As per the chart below (Source) the biblical flood occured 1656 years after the birth of Adam ie in : 3760 – 1656 = 2104 BCE.

• The flood of the matsya purana occured at least 2000 years before that.
• 2104 BCE = 3102-2104 = 998 of Kaliyuga: This is about a 100 years before the arrival of Kasyapa and Aryavati in Kashmir. The biblical flood occurred about a 100 years before the date given for Aryans arriving in Kashmir, as per the Bhavishya Purana., about a 1000 years after the Mahabharata war.
• It is very interesting to look at the lifespans of the people mentioned below., they lived for an average of 900 years each and had sons after they were a century old.

As per this Source : Abraham was a descendant of Adam and he was born in the year 1950 of a dating system which starts with and places the birth of Adam in 4001 BCE. (4001 – 1950 = 2051 BCE)

There are those who like to imagine that Abram the 20th generation from Adam was the same as Brahma Pitamaha, the son of Vishnu.  This should put a stop to all such speculation.

As per this source ” So all the generations from Abraham to David were fourteen generations, and from David to the deportation to Babylon fourteen generations, and from the deportation to Babylon to the Christ fourteen generations. (Matthew 1:1-17)” and there were 20 generations from Adam to Abraham. So there were 20 + 14 + 14 + 14 = 62 generations from Adam to Jesus in a span of 4000 years.

As per this source , Moses was the 13th generation from Adam.

(Mainstream historians who estimate 20 years to a generation would put Adam at : 1280 BCE and Moses at 1020 BCE, taking Jesus at 0 BCE/CE.)

The Bible is similar in structure to the Puranas, except that it deals with the history, legends and philosophies of the middle-east and instead of India.

The Pancha Lakshanas of a Purana as defined by Amarasimha , are

1. Sarga – Creation
2. PratiSarga – Dissolution and Re Creation
3. Vamsa – Dynasties
4. Manvantaras
5. Vamsanucharita – histories

Geography may also be included. Thus the Bible approaches a Purana in definition very closely.

It is wrongly claimed by some to be a Veda. It cannot be claimed either as a Veda or  as The Veda as happens frequently in India.

Devipattinam: Also known as Navabashanam, this coastal village has a temple dedicated to Devi who is said to have killed the demon Mahishasura at this spot. The nine stones visible at low tide are believed to have been set up by Sri Rama to represent the nine planets-the Navagrahas. The Hindus perform religious rites for the forefathers here. Devipattinam is 70 km from Rameswaram. (Source)

Mahishasura Mardhini, the one who vanquished the demon Mahishasura, Chamundeeswari, or Durga is the fierce form of Shakti. A colorful gigantic image of the demon, Mahishasura greets visitors as they reach the summit of the hill.  During the reign of Dodda Devaraja, this statue was built, along with the steps leading upthe hill. The word Mysore expands to “Mahishasurana Ooru” which means the town of Mahishasura. Mysore,or Mahishur as it was called then, traces its history back to the mythical past, when Goddess Chamundeshwari of Chamundi Hills killed the wicked buffalo-headed demon, Mahishasura. Mysore Dasara is the celebration of this victory of good over evil. Mysore also has associations with the Mahabharata and King Ashoka of the 3rd century B.C. During the Wodeyar rule Mysore reached the Zenith of its glory as a fabled center of oriental splendor. (Source)

Mysore finds mention in the Hindu mythology as the place where warrior goddess Chamundeshwari destroyed buffalo-headed demon king Mahishasura. The Mysore Dassara festival, celebrating the victory of good over evil, is celebrated with traditional pomp and pageantry and attracts tourists by hordes. (Source)

Daksha was one of the early Indian astronomers, who named the stars. Therefore they were called his daughters!

Source : June 30, 2009 — A new Myanmar fossil primate,Ganlea megacanina, suggests the common ancestor of humans, monkeys and apes evolvedfrom large-toothed primates in Asia and not Africa, according to new research published in the latest Proceedings of the Royal Society B.

If Myanmar, formerly called Burma, is confirmed as being the ancestral homeland of higher primates, or close to it, the discovery points to a circuitous migration route for some early primates, which must have gone to Africa and then come back to Asia.

The British salt tax in India was resisted bythe salt satyagraha. But the British govt also heavily taxed Brtitish people leading to smuggler activity.

Why did Britain need so much tax money at the cost of citizens of her country and her empire?

The Wandering Hebrews with their similarity in customs to stationary Brahmins, from whom they were descended,  may have travelled east through Sumer to Jerusalem.

Bhavishyat Puranam tells us that Adama and Havyavati (Adam and Eve) were the children of Kardama Maharshi (and Devahuti) and that they were banned. It tells us that their language underwent a metamorphisis.

Some of Yayati’s sons were expelled westward.

The Iranian legends talk of wandering through many lands before settling in the perfect Iran.

Only Indian legends speak of expelling others.

Adam and Eve were expelled, the Iranians did not like the hot land of the seven rivers, and the Hebrews remember coming from the east (though this was later changed in the bible to mean the west. (link page 82))

While everyone has a flood story, Indian Puranas do not have a Tower of Babel story as far as I know.

So Tower of Babel happened after they branched off from India…..

The Hebrew script visually looks like the scripts of south asia – malayalam, tamil, cambodian and thai…

names too Amar Sin, Naram Sin Amara Simha, Nara Simha etc or Amara Sena so forth…..

This is a line of thought that I need to pursue…. dates, events and legends will have to be examined.
